Key responsibilities Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups for outpatient psychiatry Utilize clinical autonomy to manage patient care without pressure on visit duration or volume Collaborate with an in-house referral network for comprehensive patient support Required qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO) Active, unrestricted medical license in Illinois, with multi-state licensing support available Interest in and comfort with 100% telepsychiatry-based care Strong clinical judgment and collaborative mindset Ability to learn and utilize streamlined clinical technology
