Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Illinois Licensed Licensing Specialist will manage licensure applications for new physicians, ensuring compliance and timely onboarding while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Manage licensing processes end-to-end, including initiation, tracking, and communication of all licensing activities and expenses Ensure new specialists have necessary licensure applications completed by their planned start date and maintain compliance for current specialists Communicate effectively with physicians and teams regarding licensing processes and support specialists with state board applications Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience with physician license applications, including multi-state experience (IMLC and State Boards) Established contacts and relationships with state boards and the IMLC Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to articulate next steps clearly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with effective time management and multi-tasking abilities
