Illinois Licensed Endocrinology Physician

To support a growing telemedicine practice, the fully remote, part-time or full-time Illinois Licensed Endocrinology Physician will provide evidence-based obesity treatment and comprehensive diabetes management while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. Key responsibilities Provide direct patient care focusing on obesity treatment and diabetes management, including insulin titration and monitoring of patients using CGMs and insulin pumps Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and Registered Dietitians to ensure quality and continuity of care for patients with complex co-morbidities Participate in team-based care initiatives and contribute to quality improvement efforts within the diabetes and obesity medicine program Required qualifications MD or DO degree with valid and current Board certification in Endocrinology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) 2 years of clinical experience in obesity medicine or endocrinology, or completion of an accredited Fellowship program in Endocrinology or Obesity Medicine Active and unrestricted Medical State License in any US State, and eligibility to obtain additional state licenses Demonstrated competency in managing patients with complex co-morbidities, including CKD, ESRD, and CAD/CV conditions Expertise in advanced diabetes management, including the use of CGMs and insulin pumps
