Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Illinois Licensed Crisis Counselor will assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, deliver crisis intervention services, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely from Illinois. Key responsibilities Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively while using multiple software systems Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services Residency in Illinois is required for remote work Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a distraction-free home office environment Availability for regular weekend and holiday shifts post-training
