Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage client care and treatment planning while working remotely with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekend shifts. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals and maintain accurate documentation Required qualifications Master's degree in social work and current Illinois licensure as a Clinical Social Worker Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred Ability to maintain a private workspace that complies with HIPAA regulations
