Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Counselor will deliver mental health care remotely while managing patient treatment plans and assessments. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients Utilize telehealth technology to provide therapy sessions and maintain communication with clients Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure high-quality mental health care delivery Required qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field and active Illinois licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred Ability to maintain a private work environment that complies with HIPAA regulations
