Illinois Licensed Associate Director

Leading the clinical team in the Over-18 Eating Disorders program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Associate Director will ensure fidelity to the treatment model, develop clinicians, and provide direct patient care in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Oversee quality of care across PHP and IOP, monitoring fidelity to the treatment model and providing corrective support Support program onboarding and ongoing training while providing clinical supervision for staff working toward licensure Manage day-to-day clinical operations, including staffing assignments and ensuring coverage standards for meals and snacks Required qualifications Independently licensed as a psychologist, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois 2+ years post-degree clinical experience in eating disorder treatment Experience treating OCD, anxiety, PTSD, and/or depression is strongly preferred Experience supervising staff, both licensed and seeking licensure Program development and implementation experience
