Illinois Licensed Adolescent Therapist

Seeking an Illinois Licensed Adolescent Therapist, the remote position will provide evidence-based virtual therapy to adolescents, focusing on group therapy facilitation and individual therapy for a personal caseload while collaborating with treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care. Key responsibilities Lead group therapy sessions and conduct individual therapy meetings to assess progress and guide treatment planning Utilize evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP while creating and updating individualized treatment plans Coordinate care with patients' outpatient teams and engage in crisis management as part of a collaborative treatment approach Required qualifications Licensed in Illinois as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions Proficient in providing therapy via virtual platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment Alignment with the mission and values of the organization
