Illinois Billing and Coding Associate

To support a growing medical practice, the full-time Illinois Billing and Coding Associate will enter payments into an EMR system, generate patient invoices, and manage patient account communications remotely while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Key responsibilities Reconcile cash batches from Reception and Dispensary departments Collect, post, and manage patient account payments and prepare patient statements Review delinquent accounts and contact patients for collection purposes Required qualifications Official High School Transcripts, Diploma, or Equivalency Certificate Ability to navigate between different tabs and systems on the computer
