We incorporate environmental stewardship, safety, and compliance into our day-to-day operations and seek to strengthen and support the communities we serve.We are currently looking for an ILI Technical Specialist for our Houston, TX or Baton Rouge, LA office.Position DescriptionVerify and evaluate ILI data and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.Analyze assessment results and recommend excavations in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.Prepare, review, and audit assessment reports and project documentation.Perform remaining strength calculations and support repair recommendations.Investigate and resolve technical issues related to ILI data, tool performance, and excavation findings.Develop and maintain ILI-related policies, procedures, and best practices.Support the planning, execution, and validation of ILI inspections and provide technical support on ILI technology, data interpretation, and integrity assessments.Required Skills, Knowledge, and ExperienceKnowledge of Integrity Management and 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195Aptitude and drive to learn ILI technology and data analysisEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with computer applications and large datasetsAbility to present technical information and recommendations to all levels of the organizationDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and minimal supervisionPreferred Skills, Knowledge, and ExperienceKnowledge of gas flow calculationsB31G, Modified B31G, and RSTRENG calculation experience5+ Years ILI Analysis or Project Management ExperienceProficient in ILI data software including but not limited to Resolve, Gemini, Iview, Pigprog, Envision, Pipeimage, NIMA, Rosoft, and P6Proficient in gas and liquid ILI operationsAnomaly selection and anomaly investigationsCorrosion growth methodsProcedure developmentPHMSA audit experienceAdvanced Excel skillsRequired EducationBachelor's Degree or comparable experienceAdditional information:Boardwalk Pipelines, LP, maintains a drug-free workplace and will require pre-employment drug & substance abuse testing before hiring.Boardwalk Pipelines, LP, is an equal opportunity employer.
