IHBT Program ManagerIntegrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.The Program Manager, Intensive Home-Based Treatment, is responsible for providing leadership, coordination, and oversight related to the organization's intensive service offerings. The program manager will work in close collaboration with behavioral health operations, human resources, and in alignment with the behavioral health performance team.The salary for this position is $73,000.00 to $93,000.00 annually, based on experience.Essential Functions:Ensure delivery of high-quality, family-centered IHBT services aligned with Ohio fidelity standards and OhioRISE expectationsProvide clinical leadership and consultation to supervisors and direct service staffMonitor treatment quality, documentation standards, and crisis response practicesReview cases for appropriateness, acuity, and service intensitySupport collaborative treatment planning focused on reducing hospitalization, residential placement, and system involvementEnsure IHBT model fidelity, staffing ratios, supervision structures, and training expectations are maintainedMonitor compliance with Medicaid, OhioMHAS, OhioRISE, CME, and payer requirementsOversee documentation audits, utilization management, and billing integrityMaintain adherence to contractual, regulatory, and licensing standardsSupport IHBT Supervisors and leadership staffAssist in the IHBT hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, corrective action, and professional developmentCoordinates with the program supervisors in program-related hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, corrective action, and professional developmentFacilitate team meetings, consultation structures, and clinical case discussionsDevelop internal training and promote evidence-informed practice implementationAssist the county managers with program operations across multiple counties and service areasAssist with monitoring fidelity, staffing capacity, referral flow, authorizations, and service accessOversee workflows related to payer assignment, prior authorizations, end-dating, and care coordinationAssist with budget oversight, fiscal sustainability, and program expansion planningTrack program effectiveness using Ohio Scales, hospitalization data, school outcomes, and other performance indicatorsDevelop quality assurance procedures and improvement initiativesAnalyze data trends to improve access, engagement, retention, and outcomes for youth and familiesAssist IHBT supervisors with building and maintaining partnerships with schools, courts, juvenile probation, hospitals, OhioRISE Care Management Entities, residential providers, and county leadershipRepresent IHBT in community meetings, provider collaborations, and statewide initiatives when appropriateSupport referral development and cross-system coordination for high-acuity youth and familiesLead implementation and expansion of intensive behavioral health programmingAssist with the development of new service lines and operational frameworksSupport organizational strategic planning related to youth and family servicesPromote innovative, community-based approaches aligned with Ohio's evolving behavioral health systemEnsure timely completion of reports, staffing updates, audits, and program metricsMaintain communication with executive leadership regarding performance, barriers, and growth opportunitiesParticipate in on-call leadership support and crisis escalation processes as neededUtilizes databases and Electronic Health Record systems for accurate client documentationMaintain compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting requirements, and professional ethical guidelinesTravel throughout assigned service regions to support teams, partners, and program operations. Travel requirement up to 50% for this position.
