Owning operational success for a dedicated portfolio of iGaming clients, the full-time Operations Account Manager will ensure client retention and account growth by coordinating internal teams and managing contractual commitments in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day communication and operational success for assigned iGaming clients Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client requests and track performance metrics Identify process improvements and manage contract renewals while ensuring compliance with agreements Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience in account management or project delivery, with at least 1 year in iGaming Fluency in English and either Ukrainian or Russian Hands-on experience with task management tools and SDLC workflows Fundamental understanding of web services, APIs, and technical integrations Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and BI reporting tools
