This role focuses on delivering high-quality end-user training and supporting workflow optimization to ensure users are confident navigating IDX Professional Billing system updates and day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Deliver IDX Professional Billing end-user trainingProvide go-live and post–go-live supportAnswer end-user questions and reinforce best practicesCollaborate closely with project leadership and partner firm stakeholdersKey Qualifications:Hands-on experience with IDX Professional Billing (required)Strong understanding of Professional Billing workflowsPrior EMR training experience (required)Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset
