Supervising the day-to-day execution of the IDRE Operations team, the full-time Supervisor of IDRE Operations will manage production performance, workforce planning, and quality metrics while ensuring compliance with CMS requirements in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Supervise Team Leads and IDRE processing staff to ensure operational efficiency and quality performance Monitor production KPIs and manage staffing allocation based on volume and priority Conduct regular team meetings and performance conversations while escalating complex issues as needed Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in a regulated healthcare, insurance, or similar production environment 1+ years of supervisory experience in a production or service operations setting Proven ability to manage operational performance through quality and service level metrics Experience implementing standardized processes and continuous improvement initiatives Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively
