Must be well-versed with IDPA, and PowerMax experience is nice-to-have.The customer is new to the IDPA solution and the resident will be responsible for the following project tasks:Day to day backup operational activitiesConducts knowledge transfer for new technology features, management and admin activities, and Standard Operating Procedures.Sets up initial reportsReviews IT processes and policies (Incident, capacity, performance and change management, user, and back up policy) - as part of the new IDPA solutionConducts knowledge transfer to address the Customer's skills and resource gaps as well as technology recommendations.Monitors, reviews, and manage backup environmentShare best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignmentResident is expected to be self-directed, able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction while always following best practice methodology throughout the assignmentRequired Skills: IDPA Basic Qualification: Additional Skills: Background Check: Yes Drug Screen: Yes Notes: 100% On-site role in Brooklyn, NY.
