Determine project tasks and estimates.Assist the business analyst and QA teams with the development of QA plans.Assist with the Security Plan, System Risk Assessment and other CMS security processes and compliance items.Asses existing security controls and assist with the implementation of required security controls (CMS, Federal)Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or related fieldMust have experience implementing and supporting Identity Management, Access Management and LDAP tools from leading vendors like Sun, Oracle, IBM etc.Experience with OpenSSO API, SPML, Oracle Waveset APIExperience with Oracle Waveset XPRESS Forms and WorkflowsMust have 6 yrs of security design, development and release experience in Java development.Experience with SOAP Web Services with CXFMust have strong problem solving and troubleshooting experience.Must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across project teams.General knowledge of secure Java EE coding practices. Understanding of common web based exploits such as SQL Injection, Cross Site Scripting, and Cross Site Request ForgeryOptional Experience with automated build/test, such as Hudson, Selenium, soap UI
