Serving as the senior technical authority for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, the full-time remote Identity Architect will manage enterprise identity services, access governance capabilities, and drive automation and integration initiatives to enhance security and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical direction and engineering roadmap for the IAM program, establishing architecture standards and best practices Design and maintain IAM solutions across various platforms, ensuring alignment with regulatory and cybersecurity requirements Drive automation initiatives and develop scalable access models to optimize identity lifecycle processes and governance standards Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in IAM, Identity Engineering, or Cybersecurity Engineering Relevant certifications such as SC-300, CISSP, or CISM Deep expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and access governance Advanced experience in PowerShell scripting and automation Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
