Identity and Access Management Analyst

To support the security operations, the full-time Identity and Access Management Analyst I will manage day-to-day security solutions, assist in the implementation of IAM policies, and collaborate on security assessments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Participate in the planning and design of enterprise security architecture focused on Identity Access Management Assist in the deployment and configuration of new security solutions and enhancements to existing systems Monitor security solutions and respond to security incidents, ensuring compliance with IAM policies Required qualifications College diploma or university degree in Cybersecurity or related field, or two years equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience in an Identity Access Management role 1+ years of experience with Cloud-based security technologies Familiarity with IAM concepts such as user provisioning and access control Ability to obtain relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Security - Specialty within a specified timeframe after employment
