To support a flexible practice, the independent contractor Idaho Licensed Therapist will engage with clients in a hybrid remote setting, providing tailored treatment plans and individual psychotherapy while managing their own schedule. Key responsibilities Engage positively with clients to build trust and rapport while developing specialized treatment plans Utilize various therapy modalities to provide effective treatment and support to clients Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver comprehensive care in a healthy work environment Required qualifications Master's degree or higher in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution Current certification as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LCPC Minimum of 2 years of experience in social services 2+ years of experience in customer service Must be licensed or willing to obtain licensure in the State of Idaho
