Providing virtual speech therapy to K-12 students, the part-time Idaho Licensed Speech Pathologist will manage a caseload using online education management systems while ensuring compliance with IEP goals and maintaining communication with students, parents, and school staff. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality speech language services and implement individual and group therapy in a virtual setting Conduct screenings and evaluations of students' communication needs while maintaining accurate documentation Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to coordinate the implementation of IEPs for students with speech/language needs Required qualifications MA or MS in Speech Language Pathology and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence Active/valid state and/or Department of Education Licensure in Speech Pathology in the state of residence Minimum of 2 years of experience in a K-12 school setting Strong technology skills and ability to work independently Ability to obtain and maintain multiple required state certifications and clearances
