To support a nationwide virtual practice focused on older adults, the part-time Idaho Licensed Remote Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, design personalized treatment plans, and work collaboratively within a supportive care team, all while enjoying the flexibility of setting their own schedule from home. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools Required Qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in Idaho Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
