Idaho Licensed Remote Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Idaho Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload and maintaining clinical autonomy in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions with clients remotely Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative burden Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network and receiving operational support Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is a plus
