- Provide direct patient care in the ICU, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care discussions
- Maintain compliance with all required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI
- Need 2 years experience in setting
