ICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care in a critical care setting within an ICU environment, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engage in professional development.
• Develop and document individualized care plans collaboratively, ensuring effective communication across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Respond to emergencies and uphold safety standards, working in a safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN licensure required; Nursing diploma or associate degree necessary; Bachelor’s preferred.
• ICU experience required; no prior supervisory experience needed.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.
