Salary: $34.68 – $55.80 per hour + Full Time Benefits

Schedule: Full-Time

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in a full-time, direct hire capacity. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive critical care nursing services, monitoring complex patient conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care environment
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care needs
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU or Critical Care experience
