ICU Nurse Manager - Clinical Leader (Days)

St. Mary's Hospital - Kankakee is seeking an experienced ICU Manager (RN) to provide 24-hour administrative oversight of critical care nursing services.

You will supervise staff, plan and evaluate care delivery, and ensure compliance with regulations while coordinating with physicians and administration. The ideal candidate has an RN license, BLS and ACLS, at least two years of supervisory experience, and three years of clinical acute care work, with a BSN required for hires after 01/11/2021.
