ICU Float Nurse – Cross‑Unit Critical Care Expert

Mount Sinai Morningside is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the nursing float pool. The RN provides safe, high-quality care across multiple units, utilizing the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and professional standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, patient and family education, and active involvement in care transitions and throughput. A BSN is preferred, and RN must be licensed in New York State.
