To support a growing coaching community, an ICF Certified Marketing Coach will provide 1:1 coaching to members, participate in ongoing training, and engage with members remotely on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Providing virtual 1:1 coaching sessions to Mento members using the Mento Platform and Tools Participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching skills and methodologies Communicating with members through Mento's email and app to support their growth between sessions Required qualifications 20+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing roles, with a background in managing marketing teams Passion for developing and coaching individuals to advance their careers High emotional intelligence and self-awareness to create a safe coaching environment Commitment to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months Willingness to participate in the ICF-certified coach training program
