Seeking an ICF Certified Finance Coach, the part-time contract position will provide 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions, focusing on leadership development, effective communication, and personal fulfillment while working remotely. Key responsibilities Providing personalized coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions using the Mento Platform and Tools Participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching skills and methodologies Engaging with members through Mento communication channels to support their development between sessions Required qualifications 20+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, such as director or vice president Desire to develop coaching skills and help individuals advance in their careers High emotional intelligence and ability to create a safe, supportive coaching environment Commitment to dedicating a minimum of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months Willingness to participate in an ICF-certified coach training program
