United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Icelandic-speaking Customer Support Agent based in Germany to help customers via email, chat and phone. You will deliver an excellent customer experience across channels and support upcoming client projects.
This fully remote role requires native Icelandic, strong English, and 1–3 years in customer support. Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk or Intercom is a plus, and you should be able to work independently from a home office in Germany.
