As an IC Test Engineer, you will be joining a dedicated team of visionaries to innovate and deliver the next generation of high frequency, state-of-the-art on-wafer test solutions needed to characterize and screen Keysight's internally designed state-of-the-art ICs that enable breakthrough performance in Keysight's instruments. Your test development will span exploratory R&D design validation of cutting-edge MMICs and automated small-volume test of integrated circuits designed and partly manufactured in-house. You will write code for test automation and adapt to different device designs. IC Test engineers will be using industry leading tools, supported by a world class measurement lab, and collaborating with a broad, experienced engineering team.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Development: Design and develop test plans and procedures for ICs, including defining test methodologies and creating test programs.
You will write code for test automation and adapt to different device designs.Test Execution: Perform functional tests and characterization on ICs using custom-built test stations and other tools to assess performance, functionality, and reliability.Data Analysis: Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues.
