IBM Sterling DOM Business Analyst

1. Design, develop, maintain, support, and enhance IBM DOM platform
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
3. Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and platforms
4. Perform bug fixes and major enhancements to the DOM application as needed
5. Collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure a cohesive system design
6. Develop and maintain technical documentation
7. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
8. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

1. Experience with IBM Sterling DOM platform, specifically the Order Management and Inventory Management modules
2. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts
3. Experience with Angular, Node.js
4. Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka
5. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
6. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Azure
7. Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and agile methodologies
8. Familiarity with DevOps practices such as continuous integration and deployment (CICD)
9. Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures in software applications
10. Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and experience optimizing applications for scalability and speed
