Analyzing complex business challenges, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer - IBM Maximo will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations, workflows, and reporting while creating validation documents and test plans Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes Strong understanding of database systems, especially DB2, and comfort with REST/JSON integrations
