Change Management AssociateRole Overview: We are looking for a proactive Change Management Associate to support the delivery and adoption of key technology initiatives within the Investment Banking division. This role requires strong execution skills, adaptability, and the ability to engage with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Support the execution of change management plans across IB technology projectsPartner with business and technology teams to coordinate communications, training, and rollout activitiesEngage directly with bankers to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive adoptionPrepare stakeholder materials including presentations, training guides, and updatesHelp manage resistance and ensure smooth transition to new tools and processesTrack adoption metrics and report on progress to senior stakeholdersAssist in identifying risks and issues related to change and escalate as neededQualifications:3-5 years of experience in change management or business transformationExperience working in Investment BankingStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholdersResilient and adaptable, able to operate effectively under pressureClear and concise communication skillsStrong organizational and execution capabilities
