IAM System Operations EngineerDuration: 24 MonthsLocation: Raleigh, NC/Charlotte, NC/Dallas, TX/Minneapolis, MN/Des Moines, IA/Chandler, AZ – Hybrid Role (3 Days Onsite/2 Days WFH)This is more of an Operations role - but need strong technical candidate. Resources must be very clear with basic concepts of IAM and its processes. They handle & manage 4 - 5 products throughout different LOB.

Multiple products - OKTA | SiteMinder | Azure AD | Ping Federate | HYPR | etc. They don't need an all-rounder when it comes to IAM products. Resources must know the processes to switch (integrate & migration) between 2 products.

There is on call shift 9 AM – 9 PM EST (Once in a 4-6 weeks for 1 week) - troubleshoot the issue - which is the reason they need to have strong basic concepts. They will be supporting different Applications team and other set of users who are not able to login to this application or have issues with it.Job DescriptionsConsult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Information Security Engineering deliverables.Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Information Security Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Collaborate with client personnel in Information Security Engineering.Required Qualifications4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.4+ years of information security applications and systems experience2+ Experience in installing, configuring, and supporting SSO platforms such as Okta or PingDemonstrated ability supporting applications in a distributed, highly available, mission-critical environmentProficient in Agent Based, Web Based and Federated Authentication and Authorization standardsStrong hands-on experience with industry standard SSO technologies and protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, SAML 2.0)Desired QualificationsStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of LDAP and Active Directory services, MFA, Risk based authentication and privileged access managementFamiliarity with deployments and integration of IAM solutions within the cloud (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud)Knowledge and understanding of complex enterprise systems and frameworks including frontends, middleware, services layer, database, backend and downstream interfacesKnowledge and understanding of technical writing: storage, middleware, or virtualizationStrong negotiation and leadership abilitiesKnowledge of Kubernetes containerization strategy
