Supporting strategic IAM transformation initiatives, the full-time IAM Project Manager will manage end-to-end projects focused on identity lifecycle modernization, Zero Trust, and secure access in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Establish program objectives, OKRs, roadmaps, and best practices to drive project delivery Lead change management and stakeholder communication while overseeing large-scale migrations from legacy to modern platforms Develop project plans, status reports, and other artifacts to ensure alignment of business processes with technical design and implementation Required qualifications PMP Certification and experience with Agile Methodology Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading technical teams Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience Strong background in managing project resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies Experience conducting post-implementation reviews and driving continuous improvements
