Work with Global OneRetail program team on a bi-monthly status update on the progress of OneRetail for the US.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibility of the IAM IT Coordinator will be to work with the Americas IT teams to help coordinate activities surrounding Design/Build/Deploy of IAM services for the Americas Zone. We expect the candidate to be involved 75% in coordinating activities/communications & 25% technical understanding within the following areas:AD/AAD Access Management (Active Directory including Azure): familiarity with Azure apps/SSO/MFA/conditional access & compliancy policies, Active Directory GPOs/permissions, Azure/ADFS authentication, PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)/Certificate Authority/certificate methodologiesPAM (Privileged Access Management): a familiarity with basic CyberArk principles, ability to deploy Microsoft gMSA & CyberArk AAM (service account management) for critical applications within the environment, entails working with the application owners to make sure the changes won’t impact service accounts for application functionalityIGA (Identity Governance and Administration): support evolution of Global identity lifecycle management platform and processTechnologies InvolvedAccess management: AD, Azure AD, PKIPAM: CyberArk, Microsoft gMSAIGA: “-boarding” processes (currently Service Now based) & future Saviynt implementationApplication publication: F5Device Management: Intune, JAMF (optional)Public IaaS: AWS, AzureStakeholdersL’Oréal Group and Zone infrastructure teamsGroup and Zone Security teamsAmericas B2B applications and Digital teamsAmericas Enterprise Architecture teamAmericas HR/HRIS teamsManaged Service Providers (Accenture, Wipro, DXC)Skillsets & ExperienceWe are looking for a strong team player with excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
