IAM Engineer at BairesDev
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable identity solutions using modern protocols like OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
- Manage and optimize IAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, or Cognito to provide centralized authentication services.
- Architect fine‑grained authorization models including RBAC, ReBAC, and Zanzibar‑inspired patterns for complex access control.
- Streamline identity lifecycles through automation, integrating SSO and federation across global applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and enforce security standards for identity data and token handling.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, or Systems Engineering.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing identity systems using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.
- Hands‑on experience with IAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, or AWS Cognito.
- Proficiency in authorization models including RBAC, ReBAC, and Zanzibar‑inspired patterns like SpiceDB or OpenFGA.
- Strong background in automating identity workflows and integrating SSO and federation services.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
