IAM Business Analyst
Our client is looking for an IAM Business Analyst for a 2 month remote contract.
We have an immediate need for a short-term, part-time Business Analyst with experience in the following areas:
- Proven experience in process analysis and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Visio
The Business Analyst will work on IAM Stabilization with the IAM Engineering team. Tasks include:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document current access management processes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and workflows.
- Create detailed process maps and documentation to capture the current state.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand system functionality and constraints.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings.
- Assist in the development of future state process improvements.
- Maintain and update documentation as processes evolve.
