Evaluating existing data systems. Working with the development team to create conceptual data, logical and physical models, and data flows.Ability to work with the DBA identify and define large requirement data changes to a working data model without negative impact on scalability and performance.A good model provides predictable performance.Ability to apply Normalization rules and various modeling techniques in Power Designer, Erwin, or any relational database tool to understand and analyze how an application should create, update, and store data.Ability to identify the required Entities and related attributes from Business requirements, applying Normalization rules to optimally organize data storage while maintaining referential integrity.Ability to know when to de-normalize.Establish OLTP Data Model
