Project Manager• Responsible for managing one or more projects of high complexity, priority, and risk• Track, manage, and adjust the original plan as necessary to ensure successful delivery• Develop a detailed estimate of the level of effort, schedule and budget• Oversee the development of the detailed business requirements for the project• Meet the project requirements by delivering a quality solution, on time, and within the planned budget• Escalate problems as necessary• Effectively coordinate with the various technology, business, and vendor teams to ensure the project's success• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, sponsors, the enterprise, and others involved in the projectEducation:• Bachelor's Degree, in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience, education or training.• PMP Certification preferredRequired:• 3-8 years of experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution• Airline, Ecommerce, and Loyalty experience highly preferred• Communication and reporting skills are crucial• Analytic skills required as is project finance acumen• Must possess an inner urgency with tasks on projects• Strong Excel abilities (must be able to manage a project budget)• Must be a quick learner and adaptable in a fast pace environment
