Hyperscale Account Manager

To support a growing Data Center team, the full-time Hyperscale Account Manager will ensure client satisfaction as the primary point of contact for key hyperscale accounts, manage operational data pipelines, and oversee commercial agreements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead client relationships by responding to inquiries and facilitating alignment meetings across internal teams Drive operational execution by partnering cross-functionally to manage client assets and implement process adjustments Oversee financial reporting by generating Quarterly Business Reviews and managing client invoicing Required qualifications Proven experience in account management and client relationship building Strong capability to interpret Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills A Bachelor's degree is strongly encouraged Proficiency with business software tools and flexibility to travel within the United States
