Hyperion Application Developer6 to 12 months ContractResponsibilitiesLead Hyperion application development, including Essbase, Planning, FDMEE and FR.Develop Hyperion objects, load metadata, design data forms, design task lists, and business rules perform unit testing and full integration testing.Load data using FDMEE.Design and implementation of custom reports using Hyperion reporting tools to address company needs and improve frequency, accuracy and timeliness of reportingDevelop related automation processes, including shell and Maxl scripts.Understand and adhere to defined Visa SDLC processes, including documentation, testing and approvalsSupport the creation of architecture and design documentation, updating the requirements documentation, and ensuring requirements traceabilityParticipate in the development of unit and integration testing plans, user acceptance testing, testing scripts, enhancements, custom modifications and interfaces to be developedProvide, or require responsible parties to provide, root cause analysis for any systems or process issue; ensure remediation plans are devised, discussed and agreed up that result in permanent resolution of issuesClearly explain a relevant IT solution to interested Visa staff, including how it is deployed, how it is used by Visa Finance and users, where it fits in the overall IT architecture, and where it fits in the IT systems strategy.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical disciplineHyperion Certified ProfessionalRequires a minimum of 5+ years progressively responsible experience in Hyperion Planning and Essbase application administration, development and supportRequires a minimum of 2 years of experience with the latest Hyperion EPM products (currently 11.1.2.4)Requires experience in working with Oracle EPM Cloud Products (PBCS, EPBCS)Experience with other Hyperion EPM Suite products, including FDMEE and ASO Cubes requiredExperience working in a multinational environment very strongly preferredExperience working with IT staff in multiple locations strongly preferredExcellent problem identification, analysis and solving skillsDemonstrated ability to absorb, analyze, and understand new information, technologies and practices quicklyAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel; proficient with MS PowerPointProven ability to manage multiple activities of varying complexity while prioritizing and focusing on critical tasks and issues
