This position requires a high level of commitment to safety, reliability, and professional conduct.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:EE will be responsible for operation and maintenance of Hydro-Vac and other related equipmentEE will be responsible for performing pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsEE will be responsible for routine maintenance and safe transport of equipmentEE will be responsible for assisting, solving, and troubleshooting any technical challengesEE will be responsible for maintaining and obtaining all required certifications and training requirementsEE will be responsible for communicating and cooperating with co-workers and managementEE will drive a company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe, and professional mannerEE will perform tasks in teams and soloEE will present himself/herself and represent Titan in a professional mannerEE will be responsible for maintaining appropriate work relationshipsEE will be responsible for following all company policies and proceduresEE will be responsible for assisting other divisions and other tasks from time to time as neededKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as requiredAbility to drive a Company Vehicle in a legal, safe, and professional mannerAbility to perform physically demanding tasksDemonstrated leadership skills in previous positionsEducation: High School Diploma or GED preferred, basic math skills requiredTraining: We will provide necessary safety training.Working Conditions:Physical Requirements: Capability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold/wind/rain/snow.Must pass pre-employment fit testTravel Requirements: May be required out of town/state for up to 2 weeks at a time or longer travel less than 10% of timePay Range: Pay is based on performance, competencies - $30-35EOE Statement: We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
