Responsibilities
- Conduct service calls for both inland and offshore surveys .
- Maintain a high level of communication and service with customers.
- Ensure proper use, management, and return of equipment, consumables, and tools required to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the technician's vehicle and assist in keeping the shop area clean.
- Coordinate with the Hydraulic Service Manager, Division Manager, and Office Coordinator to schedule and complete repair and remanufacturing projects on time.
- Notify the Service Manager when additional support or resources are required to meet repair deadlines.
- Accurately document and submit all parts taken from inventory , and return any unused parts to Inventory Control.
- Complete and turn in all required paperwork and job documentation promptly.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License .
- TWIC Card required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the marine service industry.
- Strong practical/mechanical experience with hydraulic systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills .
