Hybrid Trial Attorney – Defense (New Jersey)

Selective Insurance seeks a Trial Attorney to join our New Jersey staff counsel office with a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 remote) in Roseland. The attorney will defend insureds, advise the claims department, and manage a caseload from inception to resolution.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and discovery, preparing for trial and appeals, and maintaining communications with courts and clients. Requires JD (ABA) and NJ Bar admission; trial experience preferred.
