Position Details

• Location: Madison, GA
• Hybrid Schedule: All psychoeducational testing and evaluations are completed onsite, while report writing, documentation, and other eligible responsibilities can be completed from home.
• Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• School Year:
• Caseload: Approximately 80 students
• Schools Served: Covering 78 school sites

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Complete all student testing onsite at assigned schools.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other eligible duties remotely.
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Consult with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to support student success.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations and interventions to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation while effectively managing a multi-site caseload.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia School Psychologist certification required.
• Master's, Ed.S., or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Previous school-based experience is preferred, but the district is excited to consider motivated new graduates eager to begin their careers.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
