Hybrid/Remote Social Services Specialist
Direct hire position! Looking for candidates throughout South Eastern Indiana.
Job duties include:
- Assessing clients assigned for services and implementing an appropriate treatment plan to teach and assist clients in applying the life skills necessary to successfully complete treatment.
The Hybrid/Remote Social Services Specialist is responsible for the following:
- Fulfilling responsibilities of paraprofessional supervised visits.
- Maintaining clear, detailed, and accurate client documentation records.
- Participating in weekly supervision and overseeing risk management areas.
- Always demonstrating respect and cultural sensitivity.
- Maintaining CPR & First Aid Certifications.
- Engaging and assisting in the family participation in the treatment planning process.
- Assisting parents in learning and executing skills (basic parenting, homemaking, etc)
- Timely completion of clear, detailed, and accurate documentation of the following:
- All Contacts with Clients
- Monthly Reports
- Court Reports
- Treatment Plans
- Maintaining client confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and families
- Strong team member
- High School Diploma/GED
