Chaos is seeking a Team Lead, Growth Marketing to own global multi-channel campaigns, driving ARR from new logos and expansion. You will lead a high-performing team, partner across Marketing Automation, Sales, CS, and Product, and use analytics to optimise the funnel and scale growth initiatives.
The role requires a data-driven leader with a track record in campaign management, ABM and customer marketing, fluent English (German a plus), and a willingness to work in a hybrid/remote German setting.
