Hybrid / Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Bronx, NY
Base Salary: $85,000-$115,000 annually
New-Hire Retention Bonus: Up to $10,000
Potential Cash Compensation: Up to $125,000

Rimisac Behavioral Health is seeking a dependable and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise ABA services throughout Bronx.
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a guaranteed base salary of $85,000-$115,000 plus the opportunity to earn a $10,000 new-hire retention bonus.
Starting salary within the posted range will be based on directly relevant BCBA experience, clinical skills, qualifications, licensure, leadership experience and the responsibilities assigned to the position.
Compensation and Benefits
* Guaranteed base salary of $85,000-$115,000
* $10,000 new-hire retention bonus opportunity
* First $1,000 bonus installment earned after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period
* Nine additional monthly installments of $1,000
* Up to $125,000 in potential cash compensation
* Medical and dental insurance available with an employer contribution; employee premium contributions apply
* Annual compensation review based on performance, responsibilities, market conditions, reimbursement rates and company financial performance
The retention bonus is earned in ten separate installments. Employees must remain actively employed through each applicable vesting date to earn that installment. If employment ends, any installments already earned will be paid, but remaining future installments will not be earned. Complete terms will be provided in the written retention-bonus agreement.
Position Structure
* Hybrid remote and in-person supervision
* Caseload located throughout Bonx
* Cases organized geographically whenever operationally possible
* Remote completion of appropriate documentation, programming, meetings and caregiver training
* In-person supervision and clinical visits based on client and staff needs
* Weekly expectation of 30 billable hours
* Clear productivity, documentation and clinical expectations
* Opportunity for long-term clinical and leadership growth
Candidates must be willing and able to travel to assigned clients throughout Bronx. Reliable transportation is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
* Develop, implement and update individualized treatment plans
* Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians
* Review clinical data and modify treatment programs as necessary
* Provide required caregiver training
* Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
* Prepare reassessments, treatment plans and authorization materials
* Ensure required RBT supervision is completed and documented
* Collaborate with families, technicians, schools and other professionals
* Monitor treatment integrity and client progress
* Maintain compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements and applicable regulations
* Communicate promptly and professionally with families, staff and company leadership
* Help create stable and clinically effective treatment teams
Required Qualifications
* Current BCBA certification in good standing
* Active New York State license as a Behavior Analyst or eligibility to obtain one
* Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education or a related field
* Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs
* Strong clinical writing and documentation skills
* Strong communication, leadership and organizational abilities
* Experience supervising RBTs and providing caregiver training
* Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a hybrid environment
* Reliable transportation for required in-person visits throughout Bronx
* Ability to meet clinical, documentation and productivity expectations consistently
